Send your print-ready artwork, preferred market, launch date and target audience. We review production, proposed placements and installation timing before defining the scope.
Completion photographs show the installed artwork and its surroundings. Agree on the reporting format and any maintenance or removal requirements before work starts.
A fashion wall, a restaurant opening and a cultural promotion each call for a different creative approach.

SoHo, the Lower East Side and East Village are starting points for fashion, music and art briefs. For a theater, book or event launch, tell us whether Hell's Kitchen or the Broadway corridor matters to your audience. We confirm available walls and the layout before booking.
Williamsburg and Bushwick can be considered for neighborhood launches and creative campaigns. A concentrated run uses several posters at each agreed location; a wider route spreads the artwork across more stops. See our Brooklyn poster campaign example.
For a local shop, restaurant or community event, start with its address and the audience nearby. We review the requested area, quantity and available placements before quoting. If you already have posters, ask about installation only.
Common formats include 11 × 17, 18 × 24, 24 × 36 and 48 × 72 inches. Smaller posters suit tighter displays; large artwork needs enough wall space for a clear layout. For multiple creatives, send the preferred order and whether the designs should appear side by side or stacked.
Posters can be covered or removed after installation, so visibility has no fixed duration unless a location agreement specifies it. For a longer run, request scheduled checks and reinstallation in the quote. Printing replacements, crew visits and additional installation time are priced separately.

Custom-city wheatpaste campaigns start at $2,500 per city, including printing and installation. Final pricing depends on city, poster size, quantity, target areas and campaign duration. Premium express service starts at $3,750, subject to availability. Packages include high-quality posters, skilled professional installation and completion photos. Other cities are quoted separately; costs depend on poster size, quantity, locations, access and campaign duration. Ask for printing, installation and any maintenance to be itemized. A run of 150 posters does not necessarily mean 150 locations: multiple posters may form one display. Send your artwork, dimensions, quantity, target neighborhoods and launch date for a scoped estimate.
Poster production can be included in the brief. Confirm dimensions, material, artwork specifications and delivery dates before printing.
Start with the audience you want to reach. A fashion launch might consider SoHo; a music release might consider the Lower East Side, East Village, Williamsburg or Bushwick. We review the brief alongside suitable surfaces, visibility, access and placement authorization. A neighborhood request does not guarantee a particular wall; quantities and the proposed area coverage are agreed before booking.
Send the market, dates, artwork and goal. We’ll help define a practical plan.
